It was a time of good energy and recharging the batteries of the entire Aikon Distribution team! Last week we participated in company team building.
There was a lot of excitement - both on the ground, such as a barbecue and bowling, and in the sky, since the highlight of the program were sightseeing flights in a light plane and tandem skydiving. Some of us had the opportunity to face our weaknesses and step outside their comfort zone, whereas for others skydiving proved to be stress-free and easy.
However, sky-high excitement is not all. During these two days we had a chance to get to know each other better, especially since several new faces appeared in our ranks - salesmen and other specialists. We enriched our relationships, talked about our needs at work and what motivates us - that’s our company’s #TeamBuilding.
We hope that the atmosphere and enthusiasm during our trip will allow us to be even more helpful and efficient for our customers as the #AikonTeam.
