io Technology

The innovative control system io - Homecontrol from Somfy allows you to control your home appliances via Internet, computer, tablet or smartphone. Whether you are at work or traveling, thanks to io technology, you will be able to control what is happening in your home through a dedicated app.

With RTS technology, we could only control access points to the house, such as the entrance gate, garage door, roller shutters or external blinds. With io technology, in addition to the aforementioned access points, we can also control heating systems, lighting, ventilation and burglar alarm systems. This is the next big step in home control systems, which will further enhance comfort, convenience and security.

Metro Smart io

Metro Smart io is the intelligent drive unit which can be used interchangeably for sectional and Up and Over doors. Reliable technology allows you to connect the Metro smart io drive unit to Somfy's taHoma and Connexoon system, so you can control all the smart devices in your home from one app.

• two drive powers of 800 and 1000 W,
• LCD display for easy programming, automatic obstacle detection with overload switch when the bottom edge of the door touches an obstacle,
• soundproofing system mounted in chain rail, flashing light included,
• option to connect photocells,
• mechanical carriage lock can be installed, emergency power supply battery can be connected, warning siren can be connected,
• additional external lighting of the driveway can be connected.

Somfy Rollixo io

Somfy Rollixo io is a universal receiver made with IO Homecontrol radio technology to control the roller garage door drive unit Somfy RDO CSI. Besides the transmitter, the set includes a controller and two remote controls.

Functions and capabilities of the drive unit and receiver:

• maximum drive power: 1250 W,
• power supply 230V - 50Hz,
• radio frequency: 868-870 MHz,
• several operation modes can be set: automatic (with timer setting), semi-automatic, trigger or 3-button control (up, down, stop),
• LED signalling of drive status and safety accessories, multiple safety bars: optical by radio or wire, resistive by radio or wire,
• additional accessories can be mounted.
